Erin is a dedicated healthcare professional with a rich and diverse background spanning 18 years in the field. She began her journey as a Registered Nurse in the fast-paced Bellevue Hospital emergency department in the heart of New York City. Her commitment to patient well-being led her to earn a Master of Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania, subsequently becoming a board-certified Adult Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She then took a pivotal role in the ICU at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
Erin’s expertise spans diverse fields, including emergency medicine, critical care, oncology, palliative care and hospice. She’s also specialized in sexual assault nursing. With a dynamic and adaptable approach to patient care Erin has been able to provide services in many settings, including hospitals, home and the convenience of mobile care. Erin gives back to the nursing community through teaching undergraduate and graduate students, shaping the future of healthcare professionals.
It is Erin’s unwavering passion for making a difference that has led her to the new and exciting chapter: a dedicated focus on wellness.
Dr. Phil Hellman graduated with his MD from the MSU College of Human Medicine in 2013 and completed his residency in Family Medicine at North Colorado Family Medicine in Greeley, CO in 2016. He founded a direct primary care clinic, called Paradox Health, in 2018 and has continued to grow that clinic since. He calls Rochester home and enjoys spending time outside, mountain biking & skiing, when he's not spending time with his wife and four young kids.
